Epoch supports various types of real-world asset access, including but not limited to accounts receivable, trade finance, real estate, gold, new energy assets, and IP. Through a standardized technical architecture, the platform provides on-chain issuance and management support for different asset types. Specific asset types and structures vary based on issuer and project design, with full disclosure on each asset page.
Investors can browse currently open asset projects on the Epoch platform and participate in subscriptions during the subscription period. Each asset product clearly discloses its fundraising scale, term, return structure, and related risks and issuer information. After completing the necessary account and compliance processes, investors can subscribe according to product rules and participate in corresponding asset projects.
The minimum fundraising amount is the minimum fundraising scale required for the issuer's RWA asset to be established. Once the fundraising amount reaches this threshold, the project will officially be established and enter the asset operation phase. If the minimum fundraising amount is not reached before the fundraising deadline, the project will be considered a fundraising failure, and the issuer will refund investors' subscription funds according to the rules.
Yes. After the project reaches the minimum fundraising amount, investors can still continue to participate in subscriptions until the fundraising is fully subscribed. During the fundraising period, there is no single subscription limit, but the overall fundraising scale will not exceed the maximum amount set by the project.
Some assets support redemption during the operation period, but whether redemption is supported and the redeemable ratio depends on the structural design of the asset issuer. If the asset supports redemption, investors can apply for partial redemption within the scope allowed by platform rules and issuer asset management rules. Please note that early redemption will affect the return of the entire asset, so early redemption will incur certain fees, and the return may be far lower than expected. Specific rules will be clearly stated.
